巧克力閃電麵包的縮小版超可愛的>< 一盒有五顆,上層巧克力脆皮不厚,所以從冰箱拿出來不趕快吃的話,就感受不到他的脆感了,內餡冰涼爆餡不甜膩,雖然是巧酥味,不過吃起來其實一點巧酥的味道都沒有,只感受到冰涼奶油餡的感覺,但比另一款的小泡芙清新一點,連餅乾碎的口感也幾乎沒有,整體是好吃的,造型真是100分,應該收服不少少女心~
The mini version of the chocolate eclairs is just adorable! Each box contains five pieces, with a thin layer of chocolate on top that isn’t too thick. If you don’t eat them quickly after taking them out of the refrigerator, you might miss out on the crispiness. The chilled filling isn’t overly sweet, despite being chocolate-flavored, you hardly taste the chocolate crunchiness. Instead, you get a refreshing sensation from the cool creamy filling. Overall, they’re delicious, and the design is truly 100 points, surely capturing the hearts of many!

外面有一層厚脆的巧克力杏仁淋面,杏仁碎很多,這款不好用附的叉子切,不僅脆殼會碎,連蛋糕體都差不太起來,所以我直接下嘴咬了,整體的甜度較多來自於脆殼的巧克力,如果他換成苦甜黑巧,應該會為這款蛋糕增添幾分高貴及美味分數,不過這款已經相當深得我心了,先為那蛋糕體鼓掌,真的有如官網說的綿軟!又不是濕成塊的那種,和奶油搭配在一起,送進嘴裡真的會綿化~也難怪叉的時候真的不太好用起來,超商蛋糕作成這樣真的誇張,甚至比連鎖店的成功(沒有再浮誇)這款很值得回購!

This one isn’t easy to cut with the provided fork; both the crispy shell and the cake itself tend to crumble. So, I went straight for a bite. The overall sweetness mainly comes from the chocolate in the crispy shell. If they switched to bittersweet dark chocolate, it might elevate the cake’s elegance and deliciousness. Nevertheless, this cake has already won me over. The cake itself is truly as soft as described on the website! It’s not soggy but rather melts in your mouth when paired with the cream. This one is definitely worth repurchasing!

麵包體有股淡淡的蜂蜜香甜味,料和麵糰是一起揉製而成,每一口都吃得到用料實在的起司丁,添加了點鹹香味,還會懷疑是不是機器故障灑太多,核桃碎則帶點清脆口感,尾韻再帶點麵團的蜜香味,這款濕潤Q軟,微微的吸口水而已。

這款歐包的麵包體較上款蓬鬆一點,可能是餡料是包在中心的關係,吃起來也很Q,切的時候剛好切到蔓越莓分佈較多的地方還可以聽到脆脆的聲音,吃起來酸甜口,再搭配乳酪餡的奶香味,融合得恰到好處,乳酪濃郁又稠,餡料都很敢給,這兩款歐包真的cp值很高,就算咬不到料,光是麵糰麥香就很美味了~
