御飯糰勾芡汁給很多,素雞絲也給不少,聞起來和另一款非素食的雞肉飯飯糰一樣,素雞吃得出豆皮味,小脆,勾芡汁是純鹹口的很濃稠,個人比較喜歡雞肉飯飯糰裡偏甜口的,唯一值得讚許的就是G絲真的給很多~(不知道為什麼,全家的御飯糰米粒每次都濕黏到,吃到嘴巴不想動😶)
The rice ball with thickened sauce generously ladles on the gravy, and the vegetarian shredded chicken is quite abundant too. Sniffing it, it has a similar aroma to another non-vegetarian chicken rice ball in FamilyMart. The vegetarian chicken has a tofu skin flavor when you chew, adding a delightful crunch. The thickened sauce is intensely savory and dense. Personally, I lean towards the slightly sweet flavor in the chicken rice ball with meat. The only commendable aspect is that they really don’t skimp on the shredded chicken.

🐽傳統黑纖飯糰(奶蛋素)$49
外觀看起來,紫米蠻粒粒分明,不過不鬆散,吃起來紫米香氣很足,淡淡甜味,內餡部分,肉鬆濕軟,沒什麼口感和味道,反而還有有淡淡的花生粉香氣(? 碎菜脯和貌似是黃豆碎的東西勾了點欠汁,整顆飯糰的鹹味都來自於菜脯,蛋皮吃得出存在感,不過已經薄到不說也不會意識到,裡面最驚訝的是花生的大小,以為是小小一顆,但是每顆大小幾乎都跟花豆一樣,不是煮到軟綿口感,而是帶有點生脆,原本想誇獎這顆飯糰飯給得不多,結果後面三分之一就都是紫米,內餡只有這樣的話,真的偏空虛,還是比較喜歡一般傳統飯糰。
The purple rice looks distinct and well-defined, though not exactly loose. When you take a bite, the aroma of the purple rice is quite pronounced, with a subtle sweetness. As for the filling, the shredded pork is moist but lacks significant texture and flavor. The pickled vegetables and what seems to be crushed soybeans are thickened. The overall saltiness of the rice ball comes from the pickled vegetables. The egg skin is detectable but thin enough that you might not get the taste of it. What surprises most is the size of the peanuts. They are almost the size of kidney beans. They have a slightly crisp texture. While initially intending to praise the rice ball for its generous portion, the last third turns out to be mostly purple rice. Overall, I lean more towards the traditional rice ball.

看起來最平平無奇的一款新品,沒想到是三樣裡面最滿意還會想回購的,豆皮壽司顆顆飽滿,米粒給得扎實,是一般沒有特別調味過的米飯,一入口是豆皮甜味,慢慢的會嚼出豆腐香,還會爆汁!旁邊附的薑片是狠角色,又脆又辣(可以多來點嗎🥺)有點膩味的時候來上一片,或者搭著一起吃都好吃,這款我蠻喜歡的,當早餐或小點心都很滿足~
Despite its seemingly ordinary appearance, this new item turned out to be the most satisfying among the three. The tofu skin sushi is plump with each bite, and the rice is densely packed, featuring the simple, unseasoned goodness of regular rice. Upon the first taste, you get a hint of sweetness from the tofu skin, then gradually unveiling the aromatic essence of tofu, and it even bursts with juices! The accompanying ginger slices are the real MVPs – crunchy and spicy. When it gets a bit overwhelming, a slice of ginger on the side does wonders, or you can even enjoy them together. I quite fancy this one.
