🐽莓果起司千層蛋糕

這款應該也算網美甜點,上方還撒莓果點綴,非常少女心~蛋糕下切的斷層感明顯,吃進嘴裡,莓果和起司味融為一體,莓果起司餡不酸,是偏比較奶感的,吃一吃那味道有點像絲滑一點的草莓口味義美小泡芙,細緻程度做得很好,味道不是清爽風,但倒也不膩,一個吃完嘟嘟好~👍🏻
This one definitely qualifies as an Instagram-worthy dessert, with the addition of scattered berries on top, giving it a very girly vibe. The layered texture of the cake is evident as you cut into it. When you take a bite, the flavors of berries and cheese meld together seamlessly. The berry cheese filling isn’t sour; it leans more towards a milky taste. The delicacy of the texture is well-executed, and while it’s not exactly light and refreshing, it’s not overly heavy either. Finishing one leaves you feeling quite satisfied. 👍🏻

🐽草莓煉乳小泡芙

裡面的泡芙都有上一點脆殼,吃起來都還保有脆感,個人覺得草莓泡芙配色比較像甜菜根(誤,看起來有點母湯,很像發霉,但重點在它好不好吃啦,脆殼和泡芙皮倒是吃不出什麼味道,內餡冰涼酸甜,甚至還有草莓籽和果粒,是我的type~煉乳泡芙外層的脆殼就是煉乳+糖粒,所以吃的時候也會咬到糖粒脆脆的感覺,內餡奶香濃郁,這款的餡較為濃稠厚重,兩種口味交替著吃也不會膩~
The cream puffs inside have a slight crispy shell, maintaining a nice crunch with each bite. The crispy shell and the puff pastry itself don’t offer much flavor, but the filling is refreshingly cool and sweet, with even bits of strawberry seeds and pulp. As for the condensed milk cream puffs, the crispy shell is made from condensed milk and sugar grains, so you get that crunchy sensation when you bite into it. The filling is rich and creamy, with a thicker consistency, but alternating between the two flavors prevents it from becoming too heavy on the palate.

🐽草莓奶酥麵包

聞起來就跟草莓麵包一樣,原本想說內餡應該也是集中一小坨,不過讓我意外的有兩點,第一是餡竟然也是粉色的耶~(還是我太大驚小怪,第二就很重要了,餡料給的超有誠意啦!不只中間,而是每咬一口都吃得到餡!這先加分加起來,麵包體微扎實,奶酥餡有甜,口感沙沙的,而不是粒粒的,還會掉的那種,這款草莓奶酥的味道很熟悉,但原諒我想不起來是什麼,整體吃起來是不乾,餡料香甜很適合單賣拿來抹厚片吐司~
To my surprise, there were two things that caught my attention. Firstly, the filling is actually pink! (Or perhaps I’m just easily impressed). Secondly, and more importantly, they were really generous with the filling! You can taste it in every bite, not just in the center! The bread itself is slightly dense, and the butter filling is sweet with a sandy texture, rather than being grainy or crumbly. Overall, it’s not dry, and the sweet and fragrant filling would be perfect for spreading on thick slices of toast!

打開就聞到偏酸的莓果香,吐司還特別上色成淺粉色,不過這工廠調色品質不一,其中有片就特別白啦~(還是其實原本就特意要做成這樣? 這款看起來+摸起來都偏乾偏扎實,但是吃起來完全不一樣,雖然咬得感覺還是小小小扎實,但完全不吸口水,莓果量給很多,有些微汁水,帶有點酸味,吐司上也可以看到少許的奶油,整體不單調,好吃。
As soon as you open it, you’re greeted by the slightly sour fragrance of berries. The toast is even specially colored in a light pink hue. This particular loaf appears and feels somewhat dry and compact, but the eating experience is entirely different. While it may feel slightly dense to bite into, it doesn’t feel dry in the mouth at all. There’s a generous amount of berries, with a hint of juiciness and a touch of tartness. You can also spot a little butter on the toast, adding to the overall richness and flavor complexity. It’s quite delicious, indeed.

🐽戀戀莓果維也納

打開就聞得到淡淡莓果香,麵包是用紅甜菜根粉調色,外表佈滿莓果果肉,給得很有誠意,蔓越莓乾酸脆,增加了一點口感,麵包體較乾,搭配內餡的草莓奶霜有變得好嚼一點點,是走滿餡路線,不過偏甜,個人覺得沒什麼加到分,單純出個莓果歐包不夾餡我會比較有興趣~
Upon opening, a subtle berry aroma wafts out. The bread is colored using beetroot powder, speckled with cranberries. The cranberries are tart and crunchy, adding a nice texture contrast. The bread itself leans towards the drier side, but the inclusion of the strawberry cream filling makes it a bit easier to chew. The filling is quite sweet. Personally, I don’t think it adds much to the overall appeal.
