這家我覺得應該只是因為賣創新而紅，不過現在也蠻多創新蛋餅的，自己吃過這家覺得沒有到很必吃，餅皮用的是小麥餅皮，偏薄不酥脆，但是有彈性，點的是養生皮蛋，上面撒上些許胡椒，內餡有皮蛋、起司和九層塔，不過皮蛋和九層塔味道不突出，起司味比較重，味道不太融合，單純吃起司蛋餅可能還比較好…
They use wheat pancakes that are thin and not very crispy, but they do have some elasticity. I ordered the preserved eggs flavor, sprinkled with a bit of pepper. The filling includes preserved eggs, cheese, and basil, but the flavors of the preserved eggs and basil aren’t very pronounced, except for the cheese, but it doesn’t blend well with the other ingredients.

是偏甜的檸檬汁，一點都不酸，還喝的到檸檬皮的苦味，原本很期待他很酸的說，不過可能為了配合大眾口味所以調得比較大眾化一點，是不難喝，只是對於重酸愛好者來說，這杯不及格啦><
This lemonade leans towards the sweet side, surprisingly not very tart at all. You can even catch a hint of the bitter zest from the lemon peel. I was initially expecting a more tangy kick, but it seems they’ve adjusted the flavor to suit a broader audience. It’s not bad at all.
🐽彩虹臭薯條 A43

臭豆腐做成薯條狀就少了那酥脆爆汁的感覺了，由於是細長狀的關係，所以每一口的臭感都非常的微，醬汁給得很多，拿到要趕快吃，不然底部很容易被浸泡到軟就不酥脆了，點的是蒜味，蒜味很重，反而有點蓋過臭豆腐味，泡菜是冰涼微酸，微脆口感，我蠻喜歡的。
Turning stinky tofu into the shape of fries does take away that crispy, juicy sensation. Due to their elongated shape, the stinky odor in each bite is quite subtle. There’s plenty of sauce provided, so you’ve got to eat it quickly, or else the bottom might get soggy and lose its crispiness. I opted for the garlic flavor, and it’s quite strong, almost overpowering the stinky tofu’s taste. The pickled vegetables are cool, slightly tangy, and offer a slight crunch – I quite enjoyed them.

除了強蛋餅，這家也是很排，可以看到大家一定都手拿這兩樣在吃，而且一次都點一個以上，不過做的速度也算快，可以先來這點餐再到強蛋餅，點的是剝皮辣椒豬口味，麵包是用得像法式吐司的感覺，所以不是酥脆的口感，掀開滿滿的都是豬肉條和醬汁，一口咬下真的超～級好吃，鬆軟的吐司搭配軟嫩的豬肉條和甜鹹微勾芡的汁，偶爾吃到剝皮辣椒又會多出微辣的風味，真的會一口接一口，完全值得來排，二訪點的是黑椒牛肉，牛肉條有裹粉，肉量多又軟嫩，黑胡椒不辣，勾芡汁甜甜的，也是很合我口味～請大家一定要收進必吃清單！
I tried the Spicy Pork flavor, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely delicious! The bread has a French toast-like texture, so it’s not crispy. When you lift it up, you’ll find it packed with pork strips and sauce. Each bite is incredibly tasty – the soft toast paired with tender pork strips and the slightly sweet and salty sauce, with a hint of spiciness from the peeled chili peppers, is just irresistible. It’s totally worth the wait. On my second visit, I tried the Black Pepper Beef, and it was equally delightful. The beef strips were generously coated with sweet potato flour, so it is tender. The black pepper wasn’t spicy at all. The sauce was sweet and suited my taste perfectly. I highly recommend adding this to your must-try list!
🐽吉香炸蛋蔥油餅 E39

點的是蔬菜蔥油餅補點纖維，想說健康少點罪惡感😅內裡夾有高麗菜絲、酸菜、小黃瓜、九層塔，以及少許的肉圓裡會加的紅醬，不過個人覺得醬和酸菜的部分沒有很搭，酸菜還是適合放在刈包裡，出現在這有點違和，醬也是，換成一般醬油膏會比較好一些，但是整份的重點在那酥脆的餅皮和爆漿的半熟蛋啦，咬下幸福感爆棚，下次還有來吃的話，應該會改點原味，蔬菜真的太不合適了。
I ordered the scallion pancake with vegetables. Inside, it’s filled with shredded cabbage, pickled vegetables, cucumber, basil, and a touch of the red sauce commonly found in meatballs. However, personally, I felt the sauce and pickled vegetables didn’t quite complement each other. Nevertheless, the highlight of the dish is undoubtedly the crispy pancake and the runny egg. Biting into it brings pure bliss.

這家店內品項琳瑯滿目，很容易有選擇障礙，店家算在比較冷清的小街區，所以不是很好找，點的是榮獲國家優良商品金牌獎之一的香蕉牛奶，從透明塑膠杯可以看見一些香蕉籽，入口滿滿香蕉味，香蕉的香氣很突出，奶味不會過重，比超商鋁箔包裝的更喝得出香蕉本身的水果甜。
This shop offers a wide variety of items, making it easy to feel indecisive. I tried their award-winning National Excellent Product Award-winning Banana Milk. Served in a transparent plastic cup, you can spot some banana seeds inside. When you drink it, your mouth will burst with banana flavor, with the aroma of bananas being particularly prominent. The milk flavor isn’t overpowering, allowing the natural sweetness of the bananas to shine through.
